Does nitric oxide truly open up the veins? Two ) Is getting a “enormous pump” critical if you’re trying to build lean, toned muscle to raise the rate of metabolism and burn up the fat and shed weight? If and how much nitric oxide distends your veins is still a subject in discourse. there were no un-biased, independent, peer-reviewed studies done on this to make it decisive. Hence we actually must not say “yes” or “no”. Nevertheless let’s play “make believe” and pretend that “yes”, nitric oxide additions do permit more blood to flow into a working muscle. If that is the case, then let’s consider the next point. Have you got to get a giant blood pump into the muscle to develop or tone it? Will it help the weightloss / fat burning process? Almost everybody thinks that “yes”, you need to get a pump in a muscle to build it. But when you’re coaching a muscle actually you are not pushing or sending more blood to the muscle.
What’s really occuring is that when the fibers contract the area inside the muscle gets smaller, which ends up in the blood that is already in there to become besieged and the pressure increased. Hence in truth, there’s not more blood going into the muscle, there’s basically less since the blood that is in there’s encircled, can’t leave, nor permit fresh blood to enter. That is also why as you keep doing reps you start to feel the “burning” sensation in the working muscle.
